Rental Rates:
Rates are quoted for
occupancy up to 6 people. Each additional person is $50 per night up to
a maximum of 8 people. Rates are subject to Wisconsin Sales Tax of
11.5%.

Deposit:
Balance Due &
Cancellation Policy

The
entire balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

If paying
by credit card your remaining balance will be placed on your card at
that time.

A $100
cancellation fee applies 60 prior to arrival if you need to
cancel.

Deposit
is non refundable within 60 days of reservation unless we are
able to rent the time you reserve.
Damage Deposit:
:
A $500.00 refundable damage deposit required upon arrival, this can be
held on a credit card. In the event of accidental
damage please contact us
immediately by calling 651-231-5303.
Occupancy Limit
:
The maximum occupancy is 8 people. The standard rate is for 6 people. Each
additional person is $50 per person per night to a maximum of 8 people. There is a minimum rental age of
25.
Amenities:
Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a full line of kitchen
cookware, miscellaneous
cooking oils and seasonings, coffee, tea, sugar, flour, cooking and baking
utensils, laundry soap, dishwasher soap etc...
